Composer, Orchestrator, Producer

About

Noah Thomsen
is a composer and musician
with a multifaceted background.
He began his musical journey at an early age, studying piano as his principal instrument
before expanding his repertoire
to include guitar and saxophone.
Alongside his instrumental training, he developed an enduring passion for composition, which has since become the core of his artistic identity.
Educated in Classical Composition and Music Theory at the Tiroler Landeskonservatorium in Innsbruck, Austria, his studies encompassed piano, orchestration, acoustics, and orchestral conducting.
His works were performed during his studies, and one of them received first prize at the national composition competition, Eva Lind Tiroler Klassik Komponistenpreis.
Furthering his education, he earned a Master of Music in Film Scoring from the Pacific Northwest Film Scoring Program in Seattle, where he deepened his expertise in music for media, contemporary orchestration, studio conducting, and music production.
Today, Noah merges classical craftsmanship with modern sensibilities,
creating music that bridges the concert hall, the screen, and interdisciplinary art
— expressive, emotionally resonant, and deeply rooted in tradition yet open to the present and a diversity of genres.
